I went to Williams Lake this weekend for National Scrapbooking Day and we celebrated in the Mexican, Cinco de Mayo theme :) the menu, the decor, the snacks, the fun, the desserts, the scrappers!! Do you get the idea yet?
The Mexican menu (snacks, lunch, supper, dessert)brought in by a chef, no less! Plus, snacks everyone brought, virgin Margaritas (Yum!). Compliments to the Chef!
Tara and Julie put on a good time and probably after a day of rest, you can go to Creative Accents blog and see a few photos because.....did I remember to take my camera....nope!
However, I did accomplish a bit. I sorted photos and papers to use in my Scotland album, so I just have to trim and add embellishments. Hopefully I'll get to that this week. And I will post photos when it's done :)
We were given a lovely gift bag of goodies....
Of course, I had to buy a few things I thought I NEEDED....
I also picked up a challenge prize I had forgottten on a previous trip. In with that are a couple of little things that landed on the floor from the Pinata!
All-in-all, it was a great weekend, thanks again for the wonderful time everyone :) Thanks to the ladies at my table...one in particular for helping me with names of places in Scotland....Janet and Evan for their hospitality!
Thanks for stopping by my blog and reading my ramblings :) hope you all had a great weekend!

Hi, Nancy, it was so nice to meet you in person! Only wish we could have visited more!!! Yes it was such a fun time, I loved the food, and I got a lot done, too! What did you get for a door prize? I got a cool new Spellbinders set, I was really pleased with that one! Anyway, maybe at the next crop I will get to sit at your table (apparently I kept getting moved, huh.) Hugs, Roxy.
