I used an embossing folder with hearts, rubbed the distress pad over it, then added embossing powder. I don't have chalk but took the sanding block over the white, embossed sentiment--got a little carried away sanding :) bit of a messy chalkboard look.
I put some gesso around the black cardstock and inked around it.
The heart is on grunge board. I stuck the arrow onto it while wet and put a heart gem in the center. The sticker things on top and bottom are from my stash, they are a black glitter on acetate.

Just realized I didn't post Januarys tag, so here it is!
Wow. Those are both beautiful things. What do you do with them? Do you display them, use them, stuff them away in a box? I always wondered the same about those lovely books you make. You can tell I know nothing of the paper arts!

I love to find ways to use our stuff to make the tags, as most don't have all the supplies used for these tags
