Puzzle Swap

Finally :) After soooo long, I have finished this piece. Really, the only thing left, is to decide what I want to use to hang it--there are two Tim Holz knobby things at the top to attach 'something' to.
This is the first time I have sewn on anything :) I think I like it!
The idea for this came from seeing some scrapbook pages on Such a Pretty Mess blog
(check my sidebar), I love her style. She has a few tutorials on flower making also.
I drew lines on the paper as a guide for the 'diamond' swirls.

These pieces would have all fit together, but I wanted to showcase them separately. Beautiful pieces Ladies :)

Tea on Tuesday

This rainy Tuesday, I'm enjoying a cup of regular tea and catching up with some crocheting. When all the squares are joined, I want to crochet a few rows of black around the entire piece.

I started this one a long time ago :) just been adding left-over colours as I make other things.
Thanks to all of you who have come and made comments on my blog :)

Tea on Tuesday........

With a lovely cinnamon raison bagel and I have a small bowl with honey for dipping it too :) way more fun than spreading it on top of the bagel! The aromatic tea is double bergamot earl grey black tea--I could just sit here and sniff it. Maybe I should put some in a pot on the stove and let it simmer :)

This is a nice little center piece that I won :) made by my Daughter-in-law, my name was drawn by my Grandson.
We had a lovely Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada. Had my Kids and Grandkids here to help eat all the turkey, trimmings and pies.

Be sure to visit other Tuesday tea drinkers, check out artinredwagons on my sidebar :)
